Ordering & shipping
- What sizes do your spices come in?
- Most of our range ships self-serve in 4, 20, and 40 lb boxes (a few items have their own sizes; saffron, for example, is sold by the ounce). For larger volumes or other formats, request a custom quote and we'll pack to what your operation runs on.
- How long does delivery take?
- Stocked spices deliver in 2–7 business days. Custom orders are quoted with a lead time based on volume, grind, and origin.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Self-serve starts at a single 4 lb box. Custom orders are quoted per job, so minimums depend on the spice and format.
- How is shipping calculated?
- Shipping is quoted live at checkout by weight and destination (USPS and UPS rates). You can also get a quick estimate in the cart by entering your ZIP.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We currently ship within the United States and Canada. For other destinations, contact us and we'll see what we can arrange.
Wholesale accounts
- How do I open a wholesale account?
- Apply through our wholesale page. We review each application and approve accounts that fit our single-origin range, then set you up to order and request quotes.
- What are your payment terms?
- Approved wholesale accounts buy on Net 15 invoicing and can reorder anytime from their account.
- Can I get pricing for a large or recurring order?
- Yes. Request a quote with the spice, volume, and grind you need, and we'll price it per job, including recurring supply for restaurants, blenders, and manufacturers.
- Can I get samples before I commit?
- Yes. Request free samples and current pricing from the samples page, and we'll ship them before you place a wholesale order.
Spice & grinds
- What grinds do you offer?
- Whole, cracked, coarse, table, and fine. Tell us the cut or mesh your application needs and we mill to spec, order to order.
- Do you sell more than pepper?
- Yes. Our full single-origin range is available to shop, from peppercorns to cinnamon, cardamom, chilies, saffron, vanilla, and more. Anything we don't list, you can request.
- Do you offer organic spices?
- Yes. Many spices are available USDA Organic; look for the organic varieties on each product page, or filter the shop by Organic.
Sourcing & quality
- What does single-origin mean here?
- Almost all of our spice traces to one origin, never blended across regions, so you know exactly where it grew and who grew it. For the few that aren't yet single-origin, we're actively sourcing a single-origin supply. We're continually upgrading our products.
- How do you handle quality and cleanliness?
- Every lot is cleaned, sorted, and tested to standards well beyond the USDA baseline, with handling protocols carried through drying, milling, and packing.
- Where do your spices come from?
- We partner directly with growers across Afghanistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Guatemala, buying at the farm level so more value stays with farming communities.
