Terms of Service

We work to describe our spices accurately, but flavor and appearance vary naturally by harvest and origin. Prices move with the market and the harvest and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and some items are made or sourced to order.

Self-serve orders are paid up front through Stripe. Approved wholesale accounts may be invoiced on Net 15 terms. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable, and will refund any payment in that case.

Stocked items typically ship within 5 to 7 business days; made-to-order and custom items ship on a quoted timeline. Shipping and freight charges, where they apply, are arranged separately. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession.

Because we sell food products, we generally cannot accept returns of opened goods. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or short, contact us within 7 days at sales@noblehousespice.com and we will make it right.

Custom blends, private-label co-packing, and bulk custom orders are quoted per job and may be governed by a separate agreement or NDA. Spices sourced outside our standard range may not carry the same traceability, quality, and cleanliness as our single-origin spices, and we will tell you when that is the case.

The site's content, branding, and photography are owned by Noble House Spice and may not be used without permission.

The site and products are provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
