• Information you give us: name, email, phone, business name and type, shipping address, and order or inquiry details, when you place an order, request samples or a quote, join a waitlist, subscribe, or apply for a wholesale account.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Automatic information: basic usage and device data and cookies needed to run the site and understand traffic.

• Process and ship your orders and respond to your requests.
• Send transactional messages (receipts, shipping, account).
• Send prices, harvest timing, and offers only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, including Stripe (payments), Supabase and Vercel (hosting and database), Resend (email), and shipping carriers to deliver your order. We may disclose information if required by law.

Marketing emails are opt-in and include an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails about your orders or account are sent as needed to provide the service.

We keep your information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.
