Buying Spices Wholesale: A Guide for Chefs, Blenders & Manufacturers
If you run a kitchen, a spice line, or a manufacturing operation, buying spice wholesale changes both your cost and your quality. This is a practical guide to how it works when you buy single-origin and farmer-direct.
Bulk sizes and pricing
Our self-serve range ships in 4, 20, and 40 lb boxes, with saffron sold by the ounce. For larger volumes or recurring supply, pricing is quoted per order based on volume, grind, and lead time.
Wholesale is not just a discount. Because we buy at origin, you also get freshness and traceability that commodity bulk spice cannot match.
Custom grinds and formats
We mill to your specification, order to order: whole, cracked, coarse, table, or fine. For fine grinds and powders we mill and sift to an even particle size. Tell us the cut or mesh your application needs and we match it, so the spice performs the same way every batch.
Beyond milling, we clean, pack, and can co-pack straight into your retail bottles with your labels and tamper-proofing.
Certifications and documentation
We are FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000 certified, USDA Organic Certified, Kosher, Non-GMO, gluten-free, and Prop 65 compliant, audited annually.
Our spices are vegetarian and GRAS, BSE/TSE free, free of WADA-banned substances, and never irradiated, and we do not sell or process any allergens.
A certificate of analysis and supporting documentation are available for every product, which matters when your own buyers or auditors ask.
Terms and getting started
Approved wholesale accounts buy on Net 15 invoicing and can reorder anytime. To start, request a quote with the spice, volume, and grind you need, or request samples and current pricing first. No account is required to inquire.
