Spicy, not dusty
Dried ginger with real heat and lemony aroma. We use it in ginger milk tea syrup and ginger snaps. Much fresher than what we were buying.

Dried ginger for our second ferment when fresh isn't consistent. Good potency, clean flavor, and the 20 lb box is easy to store.

Very good ground ginger, hotter than the jars at the store. Adjust recipes down a bit.
